Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Voucher duration - Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
Use of multiple vouchers - Only one gift voucher can be used per event booking.
Use of promotional codes - Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
E-vouchers - Once you have purchased your E-voucher, you can log in to your account and download your E-voucher free of charge in PDF format.
Postal vouchers - There is an additional cost of £3.50 associated with provision of a postal voucher. Please call the office for more details.
Voucher redemption - All events must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed on our website or over the phone.
Refunds - Vouchers are non-refundable.
Monetary vouchers - Vouchers can only be used towards full payment of your booking. If the event cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of booking. Your voucher cannot be used as part-payment deposit.
Event availability - Haunted Happenings does not guarantee that spaces will be available on any given date or event. Spaces are only secured once a ghost hunt has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Transfer - Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers - Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
Cancellation - In the unlikely event that one of our ghost hunts needs to be cancelled by Haunted Happenings, a new gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 12 months. In the event that a ghost hunt is cancelled by the voucher holder, no refund shall be given.
